  • Cut-off: 5 PM EST (New York) for same-day processing.
  • Handling: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

C. DELIVERY CARRIERS

We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for delivery.

D. ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact us at support@relvolveclothing.com within 24 hours of ordering to change your address. No changes after dispatch.

E. CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancel orders before they are dispatched.
  • Dispatched orders must follow our refund policy for returns.

F. DAMAGED PARCELS

  • Reject damaged packages upon delivery and contact customer service.
  • For unattended deliveries, contact us for next steps.

  2. Processing: 1–2 business days (possible delays due to external partners).
  3. Transit: 1–5 business days (depends on manufacturer location).
  4. Tracking: Email with tracking info sent after dispatch.
